FROZEN ON-BOARD FISH
All frozen on-board fish brought back are kept in a well-monitored cold rooms to maintain fish quality and to maximize fish storage life span. The fish will then be sorted out based on export quality and customer’s requirements in terms of sizes and packaging. Thus we are ensuring customer’s satisfaction from these processes of storage – selecting – sorting – packing – exporting.
Our Indonesian fish products are categorized into 3 types of catching method:
- Hook caught such as giant croacker, cobia, red snapper and grouper.
- Long line caught such as albacore, tuna, marlin, swordfish, oilfish, wahoo, sailfish and mahi-mahi
- Net caught such as black pomfret, croacker, threadfin fish, Spanish mackerel, trevally, triple tail, bonito and longtail tuna.
